Smt. Shalini L. Barve was deeply moved by her personal experience of sending her son away for education. She resolved to build a high-standard institution right in Kandri so children would never need to leave home.
As the school enters its third year, her unwavering zeal continues to drive its progress. VGPS has grown into a vibrant community of learners under her vision.

Shri Liladhar G. Barve grew up in Kandri and developed a deep understanding of challenges families face. Rather than establishing a school in Nagpur city, he chose to invest in his hometown.
In collaboration with his wife Shalini, he founded VGPS to offer holistic education and foster growth in the community he cherishes.

Mrs. Chitra Kirpan is a devoted educationist with over 15 years of experience. Deeply committed to fostering overall development through quality and value-based education aligned with NEP 2020.
She believes in a holistic, learner-focused approach — building conceptual clarity, promoting experiential teaching, and integrating life skills into every lesson.
